Absolutely loved the colors of the hotel, but the noisy slatted doors meant I couldn't enjoy my stay! The lack of a full-length mirror was tragic. I would have expected a welcome gift for enduring such discomfort, but I guess not everyone is worth that? Just couldn't give a good review.

Greatly enjoyed a writing desk and netflix in the room. The location was stunning, adjacent to all the main restaurants, and Tulum for four days between Christmas as New Year's eve. I was surprised at nearby Panna e Cioccolato, they had some goodies, drinks.

the place was perfectly clean and staff was attentive and pretty friendly. my double room with fridge, a balcony, as for instance was good-sized and well priced. the venue was in a super central location adjacent to bars all within an easy walking distance, countless restaurants, and restos. i ate in the rustic restaurant nearby.
Wi-Fi connection was slow, made me a little nervous.

The complimentary breakfast from the bakery across the street was so delicious 🌟 The clean pool and cozy rooms were great too, although it was a bit far from the beach. Still, I loved my time here!

The hotel is ideally situated just two blocks from the charming town square. The staff is cute and helpful. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed, with a lovely view of the quaint courtyard and pool area.
The bathroom was a bit compact, which might be challenging for larger guests.

amazing, amazing, amazing
The family studio was spacious and comfortable, with fully functional AC. It was just a street away from the main strip, so we were perfect location to explore the area. I especially loved the ambiance of the hotel.

The hotel features charming decor and elegant design.
I encountered several issues . The lack of soundproofing in the Superior Queen Room made it difficult to sleep due to the noise from other guests and outside. There were no full-length mirrors in the room, made getting ready challenging. To top it off, some linens were not clean, and there were occasional problems with water temperature during showers.
